- AAAmandaNov 7, 20252.0Every time I go to this location the associates barely acknowledge me or other customers. Recently, I shopped the whole store, went to fitting rooms, and to the register and the only person who spoke to me was the cashier while I made my purchase. If I’m ever acknowledged it’s always the bare minimum “are you doing ok?” There’s so much opportunity to grow the customer experience here.

I shopped there one time and asked for a printed receipt and they said the only way was to give them my email address (which I’m calling bs). I was reluctant to give it to them in the first place and I asked them if I’d be spammed with a bunch of daily junk mail and they assured me no. I was also told points don’t expire either and surprise surprise I got a junk email from them saying my points were going to expire at the end of July and to shop there to use the $5 discount. What a bunch of bs these people tell. I hope corporate reads this and fix their subscription button as well as training their staff to not lie to their customers.
