  Every time I go to this location the associates barely acknowledge me or other customers. Recently, I shopped the whole store, went to fitting rooms, and to the register and the only person who spoke to me was the cashier while I made my purchase. If I’m ever acknowledged it’s always the bare minimum “are you doing ok?” There’s so much opportunity to grow the customer experience here.

  Very friendly and helpful staff, multiple staff members greet me and ask me if I need any help every time I go. I love this store because it’s big and has more options than the one at flat iron crossing mall.

  I love all of the products and clothes at Aerie! However, I was in the store on Monday and had to awkwardly wait for the manager to stop gossiping with another employee in front of the shorts I wanted so I could grab them. It was really hard to listen to how this manager was talking about the other employees in the store. I even heard her speaking rudely TO them via their microphone system. Shout out to the blonde employee who helped me pick out some overalls though! She was suuuper friendly and actually doing her job.
