  Calm, clean, kind, and quiet… what a lovely to shop. I grew up going to “Pennies” with my grandmother and til this day, I still shop here. This one specifically in the S.W. Plaza seems to be my favorite. The staff is so kind and this store generally has a larger selection than others (I tend to find this one better than park meadows). Their jewelry section is really good. Amazing deals and a ton of great stones. High end emeralds for cheap: I know rocks!

  They won’t tell you that the jewelry department is cheaper online and won’t honor the online prices. Purchased a gift and saw it was way cheaper on their website and they wouldn’t honor it and she said online is always cheaper.

  No communication staff moves slow. I ordered a peice of fine jewelry last Saturday delivery arrived yesterday to store no one in jewelry could find it and than the manager had to find it, customer service is nice, but unfortunately the fine details are lacking..the manager found it underneath a binder.
