  This mall is kind of tucked away in a quieter part of town, which honestly might be why it doesn’t get as much attention as it should. But that’s part of the charm! Once you’re inside, you’ll find a really solid mix of stores with a nice variety of products and services. It’s not overwhelming, and you can actually shop without fighting huge crowds. I was pleasantly surprised by how much they offer. Definitely worth the short drive if you’re looking for a chill shopping trip without the chaos of bigger malls.

  Southwest Plaza is a very clean, well kept mall that does allow dogs on leadh. I took my small dog there for the first time last week and we spent 3 hours there. We shopped, made purchases, and ate while we were there. We will do this again soon and will make it a point to go there to shop in support of this mall.

  A good place to go on a bad weather day with the kids. The only drawback is dropping $100+ on riding the motorized animals, doing the high trampoline, playing arcade crane games, then playing putt-putt and having Mac & cheese at Panera… this has actually happened on multiple occasions.

  There’s a great amount of stores left here especially for men’s clothing, you can go to hot topic h and m or any of the big chain stores they have lots of men’s clothing I was sad to see that the aquarium closed as this was a really fun attraction, I’d recommend this mall over park meadows less crowded and a warmer feeling in my opinion

  This mall is just ok. Food is great and it’s not too crowded. However, my visit to Seaquest was a different experience. Seaquest closed a couple years ago and I was one of the last customers. I didn’t realize at the time but after, I realized how bad it was. Birds were chirping in distress, enclosures were dirty, and animals had no proper habitat. The staff was nice to guests but not to animals. Grandmother and little sister waited over an hour for bird enclosure to open. The bird enclosure was dirty and I could barely see in, but a lady was blowing bubbles at the birds and they tried to fly away. The lady who ran the sugar glider experience forcibly pulled the critter out of its pouch despite it making angry noises. Lorikeet enclosure was made of concrete and no toys for them to play with. Cockatoo and cockatiel enclosure was hardly an enclosure. The area was wide open and the birds had clipped wings so they wouldn’t escape. Luckily some of the animals were sent to the Denver zoo, but I heard others were sent to Minnesota by U-haul and did not survive. God did not create the animals for our entertainment, but to live in harmony with humans and nature. Again, I have nothing against the mall, but all I have to say to Southwest Plaza is THANK YOU FOR CLOSING SEAQUEST
