I have to thank the staff that helped me with the order and purchase, as they were extremely helpful and went above and beyond my expectations. They let me compare similar bags to make sure I was getting the best one for my wife, and when they offered to gift wrap it assumed it would be put into a basic gift bag or box, but they professionally boxed, wrapped, and bagged the purse so well it looked like I was leaving the store with a million dollar bag. The gift for my wife was the reason I was there, but I am very grateful for the service I received from the staff there on 21 May at 1700. They didn't just treat me like a guy buying a bag for his wife. They treated me like a customer and gave me 100% of their time and assistance. Thank you!

They declined to give my father the purchase even though I called over the phone and was saying it was okay, gave my order number and was offering to show my ID. The girl my father spoke to said she needed to get approval from her manager and then told us no, I then called to speak with the manager to see if there was anything that could be done, the girl my father spoke to lied and said she was the manager when answering the phone and told me that nothing could be changed as they compare the state ID to the name on the card with purchase. They honestly just do not want to make sales, very rude
