  If I could leave less than one star I would. Believe the reviews. The staff was incredibly rude. They posted a sign that they’re fitting rooms would close at 7 PM. At 6:15 they refused to allow our daughters to try on dresses. When we arrived 20 minutes before 7 PM to see what the fuss was about, they informed us that they had allowed the last people in the fitting rooms, and that was going to be it while 4 fitting rooms we’re available. They were more interested in closing for the evening, on a Saturday, than making sales. If I were the owner of this business, I would be furious with the staff. Avoid this business like the plague. You don’t get to 3.1 stars on Google reviews without a serious lack of effort on the staff’s part.

  Just want to let owner / manager know that your employees turn customers away and don’t let them try on clothes in the fitting room 30 min before closing so they can clean up

  I had a really disappointing experience at the Colorado Mills location in Lakewood. I was shopping for my daughter and grabbed a different size since the first one didn’t fit, and an employee named Sandra started raising her voice at me in front of other customers instead of calmly explaining the policy. I was completely willing to follow the rules, but the way it was handled was unprofessional and uncomfortable. The manager did not address it in the moment and told me to email instead. I usually enjoy shopping here, but this interaction really ruined my experience.

  Drove longs ways and dressing rooms are closed . My wife can’t try on .
