    I came by from Wyoming 7 hrs away on a Sunday when they were closed during normal store hours. Had trouble reaching them on the phone number listed but was finally able to reach them the next day. Turns out they were closed for lunch break when I came by around 3. We don’t have any sunglass hut locations nearby where I live in Wyoming so I’m pretty frustrated with my purchase from the sunglass hut location in livermore, ca. I stopped by this location on my last day in town on the way back home to Wyoming and the kind gentleman who I believe was the manager was beyond helpful and graciously assisted me with some issues I had with my $500 Versace shades. He didn’t quite have the correct screw I’m missing on my shades but is still able to help me get the correct replacement screw. This is the sunglass hut you want to shop at if you’re looking for some quality shades from a trusted retailer. I would travel another 7 hrs just to come shop here again. The manager here will take care of you without hesitation.

    AWEFUL EXPERIENCE! Will NEVER shop here again. Bought RayBan's 3 weeks ago. Wore them once. Brought them to return within the return period, and i'm told because of a MICROSCOPIC scratch, I can't return these. REALLY?? With the fact that hundreds of people go in and out of the mall trying these on each and everyday, this scratch is more than likely from someone dropping these sunglasses in this store! Not from the one day ever that I wore them. Tried calling corporate, and while they "are sorry" for my experience with this store, they are unable to help because I didn't buy them online. Basically the return policy is null and void, considering when you buy in the store, you're likely buying sunglasses that have already been dropped, have already been scratched, and are therefore non-returnable.
