  Chris who works in the standalone store was extremely helpful and takes great care of customers. I will be back when in need of another pair of glasses.

  Dude says he can’t help me with a return extremely rudely then immideatly opens my Sunglass box and starts playing with my sunglasses. The guys name was Christofer, he also raised his voice at my girlfriend several times. What an experience

  Beware!! If you purchase any products from this retailer, you should know the store will not back up those products in case they are defective. They get less than zero for after sales service.... I bought some Revo sunglasses from this store. I wore them maybe 5x, always took immaculate care of them, etc. I bought the recommended lens cleaning kit from Sunglass Hut, and used it to clean the glasses. One day, when I was holding the glasses, cleaning the lenses, the bridge between the lens unexpectedly snapped in half. This was not exactly abuse, and it was a result of following the directions provided by sunglass hut insofar as cleaning the glasses. These are expensive sunglasses! Should they just snap in half like that when you try to clean them? Maybe, yeah, if you drop them or a car runs em over... but when cleaning them they should surely be durable enough not to break...ergo, defective product. I took them to "Glory" the store manager at sunglass hut. She offered to give me 1/2 the value of the glasses toward a new pair. To me this is unacceptable. The glasses are totally defective, they broke due in part to absolutely no fault of my own, Sunglass Hut issues directions about how to clean them using their product, I followed the directions, the glasses broke. The End.... I stated these facts to Glory, but she was unwilling to help me replace the glasses. She recommended I go through the Revo warranty. Bottom line, you might as well buy glasses from Amazon or Ebay or even Craigslist because you will pay less and get better after-sales service if they turn out to be defective (with Amazon you can return em and get your money back if they break due to no fault of your own, not the case with Sunglass Hut)...
