- NCNick CyrJul 29, 20254.0Updating from a 1 star to a 4. Today was a pleasant and quick transaction to replace my glasses under warranty. Last time I came in and it was closed early. I thought my warranty had expired that day but I still had another month, so I was pretty upset. I feel it's likely they would have made it up to me anyhow for this, and are not unreasonable. However, today was a smooth in and out for the same exact pairs I had. Someone was there early and opened the shop on time. I didn't catch his name, but thank you.

It’s been about 12 days and I just Called phone support for sunglass hut And they said I would need to call the store directly to have them help. They can’t just refund me. I now have to go in there and cancel the order so they can refund my card. Huge hassle and now I’ve got to go find them somewhere else on top of having to go back into this store to cancel in person. Huge fail sunglass hut. Ridiculous.

Very proffesional and courteous! She even picked out a hard case for me that protects my new glasses every time I’m not wearing them!! I will definitely shop at this location again!!
