When a checker couldn’t print a receipt for me her attitude became rude, hostile and ugly after I said I needed a receipt. She had to return the item and recharge me (ridiculous) and then walked away visibly angry without a word, over a receipt. Why would I return?
- CLC LSep 11, 20251.0I bought shoes last week and somehow tag was left on one of them and I left the store without anything beeping so I didn’t realize it until couple days ago when I tried to wear the shoes and I noticed the security tag. I came in today with my receipt and from the moment I walked in I was met with hostility and “Oh! Are you returning something? What are you returning?” Before even a hello, or before I was able to say anything. To which I replied, can I even speak? I’m not returning them you left a tag on. They checked the receipt and said, “oh that’s so weird” And I said, “yeah I wasn’t able to wear them this weekend because your store.” I understand if people steal things and try to bring them back to return, but to be met with such hostility and essentially be accused without able to say a single word first, when I’m a loyal customer for more than a decade, is extremely disappointing.
