  I went in to return a USA jersey because of the fit—it made my shoulders look overly bulky, almost like I was wearing shoulder pads. The guy at customer service goes “Are you not American anymore?” I found this comment completely inappropriate and unprofessional. It had nothing to do with my reason for returning the item and felt unnecessary and disrespectful. As a customer, I should be able to make a simple return without being questioned or made to feel uncomfortable. The remark came across as offensive and dismissive, and it left me feeling judged rather than helped. Customer service interactions should be respectful and focused on assisting the customer, not making personal or sarcastic comments. Unfortunately, this experience really turned me off from shopping here again and I’m there 2-3x a week always spending lots of money

  I want to give a huge rave to the woman who helped my wife today with finding a pair of shoes. I did not catch her name and I wish I would have because she has the best customer service I have seen. She took the time to listen to my wifes needs and then explained the difference in all the shoes. Thank you so much it made our shopping experience one of the best we have had.

  I love this store and spend a ton of of money here. I have had a couple bikes fixed but last month I had my electric bike in and got it back with the buttons broken over $500 repair that they cannot do. They said they were going to check the cameras and have a manager call me. I have checked in 2-3 times and I was told the manager will call me still nothing. At this time I guess I will cut my loses and no longer do business here. I’m sure my 10k a year spend there means nothing to them but you would think the customer service would be a bit better.

  What an experience!!! I never been to Scheels before. This was my first time there and I was completely overwhelmed! It's like a mini mall. The size of this store is insane! I couldn't believe the size of the whole store and all the different departments. If there ever was an apocalypse, I would RUN to this store! It has EVERYTHING you could ever need to survive! The ferris wheel is unreal but the aquarium was the biggest surprise! WHAAAAAAT?! What a fun way to spend the afternoon! We walked so much in the store I had to refill my water bottle 3 times! Hahahaha 😆 It's a great place to spend with the family and the little ones will get a kick out of the statues, arcade, candy stores and so much more! They have a great Café that sells homemade jerky and fudge. Awesome place!

  This place is awesome all around but I have to give a special thanks/shout out to one of the ladies who works in the home decor section of the store, Pam. My husband & I recently moved into a new apt & needed all new everything & this was mentioned to Pam while we were paying for a floor lamp & cowhide rug that we found with her help. A couple weeks later we got a message from Pam letting us know that they had received some new table lamps that were a match to our floor lamp so we immediately came back & bought one of the lamps she was referring to.. our apt has come together beautifully & I can't express enough how much we appreciate her reaching out to us! I think it's super cool that she thought of us & actually reached out.. that's the epitome of grade A customer service! Thank you, Pam!
