Upon going, I met and worked with Richard to help my fiancé and I find engagement rings for us. Richard was helpful and helped us find a ring and make arrangements for them. As soon as we left though, I started having regrets and a gut feeling that the rings we ordered weren't right, I spent two sleepless nights worrying about being stuck and choosing something we didn't love. But fret not, I went in two days later and Richard went above and beyond in helping me find what not only felt right, but finding something we would truly love. Richard listened to my concerns and wants for an engagement ring, and again, went above and beyond to make sure we would be happy and love what we were going to get for our engagement rings. As soon as he finished putting in the order, I let out the biggest sigh of relief and told him "Thank you" probably a hundred times. Engagement ring shopping, and jewelry shopping in general, can be very stressful BUT trust Richard and the team at the Jewelry Exchange to take care of you and go above and beyond.
