I have never seen a place take something so simple, a return and make it so complicated. From trying to convince me to take a store credit, to then “I have to go to the back”. Now have a seat in this area, now wait between these ropes, now wait for someone to call you up….hmmm. The people were nice.

Devastated! I would rather take my jewelry to a butcher than ever come back here. Do NOT take any jewelry that has sentimental value! I took a family heirloom to be fitted to a new guard, stressing that I did not want my original ring changed in any way- I wanted the guard adjusted to fit. Instead I got MY ring back, sized too large and no longer fitting properly into the original, heirloom guard! When I took it back in, they told me it wasn’t their fault and there was nothing they could do. They deny responsibility, are patronizing and refuse to rectify their error. Either their sales staff is incompetent, their jewelers are talentless or the whole company is rigged and ruthless. Needless to say I will never come back.

I had never been in a high end jewelry store and was somewhat apprehensive. I met Cameron a salesperson and he showed me several beautiful pieces that were just what I was looking for. I knew from then I was at the right store with an awesome salesperson . Thanks Cameron you’re the best

Stopped by this location as I had never been before. Cam was very helpful and full of product knowledge as he lead me to several items I was interested in. Although I was not looking to purchase anything this visit, I appreciated the professional attention I was given and felt like a true valued customer. Went in 12/23/25. Waited for a consultant like waiting for a table. During our time, he left us several times for extended periods of time. We browsed bands and brought a stone with us to inquire about having it reset in a new ring. The consultant took it with him and returned several minutes later. He stated it was glass or cubic zirconia. We were quietly stunned and in disbelief as this is a family heirloom piece. He left us again with a tray of rings. It felt like we were trying to get the attention of a bad waiter in a chain restaurant. We left and went immediately to a local, reputable jeweler. They showed the diamond under a scope with a large screen so that we could view as well. It’s a very good, natural diamond with the internal imperfections to prove it and the color and clarity to grade it and value it at about 3k. We bought a band with many beautiful stones and a solitaire setting for the diamond. I will never return to Shane Company.
