    I am extremely dissatisfied and frustrated with my recent experience at Shane Company. Somehow, my account has “disappeared” from your system, and no record of our purchase can be located. As a result, when a marquee diamond fell out of my wife’s wedding ring and I brought it in for service, I was informed that you would not even send it out for repair because the account cannot be found. This is unacceptable. The level of customer service I encountered was well below the standard I would expect. Yesterday, I dealt directly with the manager, who was acting as the hostess at the time. She scheduled me to return today (Sunday) for a follow-up appointment. If she was already aware that no service could be provided due to the missing account record, I question why I was asked to come back at all. Rebooking the appointment under those circumstances served only to waste my time. This experience reflects a significant decline in the level of professionalism and service I once associated with Shane Company. I expect accountability and a prompt resolution to this matter.

    We had cam while looking for a ring for my dads girlfriend, he was helpful and loved to laugh at me he stupid jokes! We ended up looking around and we found the perfect ring for her. She tried it on and just kept going back. He showed us all the options for that ring and was a huge help! Truly an amazing experience!

    We bought my engagement ring and wedding band at Shane Co back in Dec. 2007. I had them soldered together after we were married. Last year I decided I wanted to only wear my wedding band instead of the whole set. I had Shane Co split the ring in two, however in the process the side of my wedding band was thinned from cutting the metal. This caused the diamonds to collapse into the center of the wedding band. They said they would fix it, but when my husband came back to pick it up, it really didn’t look great. I wore it anyway for 4-6 months thinking this was just how my band was going to be for the rest of its life. I decided after a while to stop in and tell them I wasn’t happy with how it was fixed and asked if they could try again. The first lady that helped me said, “I am going to look into getting this totally replaced. We want you to be happy with it.” I honestly wasn’t sure I heard her right. She needed to pass me to Nora to finish the process. When Nora said the same thing, I was stunned. The two ladies recognized that the state of the ring was not my fault and they wanted to take care of me. Sure enough, I got a total replacement band which was as close to identical as my original band as possible. They did not charge me one dime. When Shane Co makes mistakes and can’t fix their mistakes to the customer’s satisfaction, they take care of you. This feels unheard of these days. I couldn’t be happier with how they handled the ring situation and feel so grateful I get a brand new band. I traded in my old band and they are working on the sizing of the new band this week. Thank you Shane Co for taking care of me. I can’t express how much this whole transaction meant to me. And special thanks to Nora for working hard to find me one that feels and looks as close to identical as my original! I love it.
