It was an incredibly important thing for me to do, and the staff made it an incredible experience I won't forget. Sales associate, Jacob, helped me browse the store and find pieces and a diamond I loved. What started out as a friendly associate interaction turned into what felt like I was shopping with a friend that had my best interest in mind, being aware of my style, budget and overall treated me with utmost dignity, patience and respect. I spent about 2 and half hours choosing everything I wanted, and my experience ended with Sage at customer service, being just as delightful, as he finished the sale and beautifully wrapped each piece in it's box. I live an hour and a half away, and they all made the trip well more than worth it to make again in the future! I highly recommend this location, and the outstanding staff!

We were first introduced to Spencer who kindly helped us determine our ring sizes and let us try on various rings that we had our eyes on. He then introduced us to Dylan Turgeon who took us on an incredible journey where we learned the four Cs of diamonds. Dylan’s energy and enthusiasm was contagious and made the entire process incredibly memorable. Thanks to Dylan we gained a true appreciation for the beauty of diamonds and picked one that shines as brightly as our love for each other.
