    Larissa makes a bad situation much better! She is very flexible with scheduling and efficient at what she does. The website and app aren't the best but the in-shop service makes up for it!

    I've never had any issues and Larrisa is always understanding and accommodating. She even went out of her way to come to my home and switch my interlock to my new car. I've been a client for a long time and every person on the team has been helpful and kind. There are always people who are going to say nasty things no matter where you go, but this place has been solid for me 100% of the time and I appreciate them.

    Once was okay, but after a second time when your not been able to help when I truly needed it is not cool. What’s most frustrating is that I’ve gone out of my way to show appreciation—You don't hesitate to accept my Tip money, yet when it comes to reliable service, it falls short. I’ve now made the decision to take my truck to Delta, Colorado, even though it’s an hour away. The difference? The new place refused to accept my tip and told me, “We’re just here to help you get back on the road.” That’s what real customer service looks like! Along with reliability. It’s sad I have to leave town to get dependable care, but actions speak louder than words—and definitely louder than tips.

    This company is a joke if you enjoy having to be on hold because their billing department doesn’t understand how to do their job then this is the company for you! If you make a payment on the app it won’t apply it to current month. If you set up auto pay they just don’t charge you and let you get in trouble with the dmv for not making a payment then if you call to make a payment good luck talking to a competent person. -10 out of 10 pick someone local. Update had my device removed and she cut my stereo wires and who knows what else. She blamed everyone but herself of course said maybe the ground for my stereo was hooked to her ground. To make things worse I have live wires that are just cut running under my dash as well because she just cut the box out instead of removing the wires completely

How long does the Ignition Interlock installation take?

Ignition Interlock installation will usually only take a couple of hours. Smart Start recommends blocking off at least two hours for your appointment. At some locations, you may be able to drop your vehicle off and pick it back up once installation is complete.Please note that installation time can vary depending on the make and model of your vehicle, and may take longer for electric and hybrid vehicles. What do I need to bring to my installation?

Bring a photo ID and proof of residence in the form of a document verifying your address. You may also be asked to bring any documents that pertain to your case, depending on the state in which you or your program are located.
