I give them zero stars!! Worst store ever!! Management is NASTY! Item rung up different that tag on box - manager acted like it was my fault it was ringing up wrong! Said that any other one was price as marked, but not the one I picked…. Wouldn’t have been a problem if they hadn’t been so nasty to me. I will NEVER spend another dollar here!

VERY UNCOMFORTABLE EXPERIENCE!!! I was shopping for socks here and kept feeling like I was being stared at. I looked over my shoulder and a guy wearing a grey flannel and glasses with brown hair was in fact staring at me so I turned away because I felt uncomfortable. I found the socks I was looking for and continued to browse but I felt eyes on me again and looked up to see him still watching me. So I decided to walk a bit further to see if he would follow and he did!! At that point I was a bit freaked out because I didn’t know what he wanted so I started heading to the register to pay. On the way there, I looked over my shoulder again and he was right behind me!! Talk about creepy! At this point I was unnerved so I decided to leave the socks because I felt like he was gonna stab me or something with that intense look on his face... very scary. Idk but I’m pretty sure he’s a secret shopper because that’s the only reason I can think of as to why he’d be straight up stalking people. I saw him talking to the cashier as soon as I walked out and even she looked uncomfortable! Overall a hideous and horrible experience and I’ll never return. Ever. I’d give it negative five stars if I could.

Harassment to the fullest and apparently this happens all the time at this JC Penney’s how is this place still open when everyone gets harassed even the cashier who I spoke with said ur in public we can film you. Not when a lady is shopping for a bra total harassment refuse to go to this store. You guys need shut down especially when everyone gets followed harassed and all the employees find it ok.

Gosh, where do I start. Back in 2023 it was winter time I had gone into the dressing room to try on clothing. It was busy I came out and there was a very tall bald band quite large standing there. It was quite scary and I thought well maybe he’s waiting for someone in the dressing room. Then he started following me around the department store. I was scared because he was just wearing regular clothes I went over to the cashier and I asked there’s a strange man following me. She said no he works here and I thought oh OK he security that makes sense but then I thought why am I being the one followed? I don’t like throwing the race card, but I was the only Hispanic in that area at the time the next year, I went into the store. And I was looking for a dress for Christmas and the same guy was there watching me and I confronted him. I said you followed me the year before and you’re doing it again your profiling me I proceeded to tell the manager she said something to him because he stopped following me and I bought my dress and left This evening. I go in not too far from the register to look at workout clothes and I look up in the same guy is standing there watching me. I went up to him and confronted him. I said you’ve done this to me for the past two years enough is enough well the managers were there. I told him that I felt like I was being profiled. I explained to them what it happened the year prior in the year before that and they said he’s just doing his job we weren’t here three years ago. He’s not profiling he does. He walks the floor all the time. Anyhow, I said that I was being harassed and it’s because I believe it was because I’m Hispanic and they said no that’s not the case anyhow they asked me to leave the store and not come back because I harassed him. I confronted him which he was harassing me. This is the third time I try not to go into the store unless I need something because I feel uneasy all the time. I I thought I can’t be the only one I’m not that special so after I compose myself, I went on JCPenney‘s and looked up the reviews and it looks like there have been numerous people that have experienced this harassment. Something needs to be done.
