The employee helping me clearly wasn’t knowledgeable about the products, couldn’t answer basic questions, and handled the situation unprofessionally. When someone is considering a firearm purchase, confidence, respect, and competence matter, and none of that was there today. Management seriously needs to improve training and ensure qualified staff are in this department. I left feeling frustrated and chose not to purchase because of the poor service.
