I received amazing customer service from Tony and the entire firearms department. I was not ignored for a single second, and was helped to find everything I need. Thank you Tony and Wes!

Store is good but Kim in customer service is the best. Very friendly, very helpful. She deserves a raise. For sake of going on and on about Kim’s amazingness, let’s just say she went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed, even remembering us after calling back with a question. #GiveKimaraise 👈

I placed an order for an in stock used gun online before this location even opened for the day. The gun was just listed on the Cabelas website that day(I check the site every day). Immediately after paying for it I received a order processing email and the gun went "out of stock" online. The order was cancelled 7 hours later the same day because "the item was out of stock". Given the timing, it seems that the store workers didn't process my online order and must have sold it over the phone to someone else. I was just at a little local shop yesterday that lists everything in store on gunbroker. A customer walked up to the counter with a rifle and before they sold the firearm to the guy who picked it up in store, they gave their customer base enough consideration(unlike Cabelas/Bass Pro) to make sure they hadn't received an online order they didn't process first. Cabelas/Bass Pro has the absolute worst buying experience in the country for used guns. I was hoping online ordering would fix that nightmare, but somebody must have thought it was a good idea to allow the store itself to push an order through for an item even if the item was already sold to someone else online. Did you guys have the ecommerce interns come up with that nugget of wisdom? Unfortunately, they are such a giant, they have more selection than anyone else. One can only hope that some day the ATF pulls their FFL and used guns get sold to stores and companies that don't suck instead of Cabelas/Bass Pro.

For a place called bass pro the fishing section is the saddest I have ever seen. I think walmart has more stuff. And the stuff they do have is in so much abundance they have whole isles of the same lures expanding their fishing section to artificial inflate the looks of their fishing section. They also have very few rods and reels with most being generic pos rods and reels. Their soft plastic section is laughable and low key embarrassing. But you will find an abundance of clothing. Think they are moving out of sporting goods into apparel based on the looks and there being more clothes than sporting goods. To wrap up just go to sportsmans or Walmart you will find more sporting good there than bass pro.
