- SSSerenity SpataforeApr 1, 20261.0My wife drove two hours just to get to the store for a return. She had the receipt and she had the tag.The tag was not attached to the pants. Apparently because the employees there the laziest gen z little children money can buy hide behind their policy of "not able to re-attach tags to pants," they wouldn't return them for her. Instead, they were completely rude and when I called to ask about it while my wife was still at the mall i got the same lady (im using that term loosely) who was unbelievably rude to me as well. Called corporate and filed a formal complaint against her and the entire circus at the Grand Junction location. Save your money, ive seen better customer service at a gas station.
