Asked for a 5” brim, waited almost a year for it, after calling and asking how we were going, as I planned to fly in to have final shaping done and needed to schedule the trip, I get told oh it’s done, like were you gonna call or email to tell me? I fly across the country to pick it up and have it custom shaped and it’s a 4 1/4” brim. I’ve spent 2 years trying to get someone to make it right and nothing. Horrible experience, horrible customer service. Trent and his team should be embarrassed.

Unfortunately, the experience fell well short of expectations. The beaver felt quality is noticeably inferior to other beaver felt hats I own that cost significantly less. The felt lacks the density, finish, and overall refinement I would expect at this price level. For a premium brand, the craftsmanship simply doesn’t justify the cost. Compounding the issue was poor customer service. My concerns were not handled professionally, and there was little effort made to address the quality issues or provide a satisfactory resolution. When you are paying a premium, you expect both superior materials and responsive, respectful customer support—neither was delivered here. Overall, this was a disappointing experience. Based on quality alone, there are better beaver felt hats available at lower price points, and the lack of customer service makes it difficult to recommend Greeley Hat Works. In short, save yourself time and money and Buy an American Hat Company or a Rodeo King.

This store is incredible and the customer service is top shelf Guy Hamasaki took care of me and did a fantastic job. He customized the hat to exactly what I requested. I am more than satistified and recommend this store to anyone who is looking for a quality product performed by outstanding people.
