We had taken our granddaughter to watch the Junior NRA competitions and some of the larger events. Her felt hat had become dirty and misshapen, so we stopped by the Greeley Hat Works booth. We were immediately greeted by Trent, and it was incredible to see how many people walking by knew him by name—and how he knew them as well. Trent was wonderful with our very shy granddaughter. While checking her hat for proper fit, he playfully pulled a candy cane out of her hat as he introduced himself, instantly making her smile. He then sized, cleaned, and reshaped her little felt hat with such care. When we tried to pay, he told us it was free of charge. That kindness and genuine customer service truly meant a lot to us. I highly recommend Greeley Hat Works. If I ever need additional hat services in the future, I will definitely reach out to them again.
