Between my own purchases and sending family and friends there for rentals, I’ve given Rebel thousands in business, but the service has gone downhill. Around Christmas, three of my cousins did a five-day demo rental, skied only groomers, and the shop tried to charge them full replacement cost for “damage” on return. Completely absurd. I gave them another shot recently and bought some cheap rock skis. Took them out and they were clearly unwaxed and sticky. When I came back and asked about it, the response was rude and argumentative—even though I was willing to pay for a wax and just asked isn’t it customary for a shop to sell skis that are “ready to ride”. Happy to pay the local shop for good service. Not interested in being treated like a problem customer.

After a minute of this, I said, "I guess you're busy" and I left. Hey, dude, you work in retail. I guess their rebellion is to rebel against making sales. It worked.

The driver took us to the top of Vail Pass and we coasted back down to Frisco, stopping along the way for incredible scenery. Highly Recommend

Showed up prior to the race staff was very busy but so friendly, considerate, and outgoing helping everyone while communicating expectations. Fat tire bike and helmet i rented was high end and preformed beyond expectations. Thank you Rebel Sports staff for such a painless and enjoyable experience.
