- KKKYJan 6, 20265.001.06.26 Hello, I just wanted to bring to your attention one of your stellar employees, she works at #4468. My wife needed to return a newly purchased pair of sunglasses that were not a comfortable fit. Many glasses do not set right due to her high cheek bones. She had tried on several pairs before purchasing, in hopes we would have success in getting the right one. Alas, after only one trial day, they were uncomfortable. We decided to go to our local Sunglass Hut to return the glasses for a refund. Upon entering the store, we were greeted with an energetic smiling employee, Alexis. Alexis was professional, positive, and outgoing. I found that amazing bearing in mind that retail employees have just finished the 2 month pre holiday sales grind. In addition to our return, I had inquired also about the Ray-ban Meta glasses which she was quiet well trained on. For today, we only got the refund and purchased a glasses cleaning kit, but are sure that Alexis will be our go-to sales gal for any future purchases. Thanks again Alexis !
