I should have bought it right then and there, but I wanted to get it as a gift for this fall. I got sidetracked when I called the store to see if they still had the jacket. It was already sold out at this location. Maddie jumped on the phone and found a coat in stock add another store and had it shipped straight to our house.

Prices are a little high for my budget but was told there was a sale so I went. I of course picked an item I didn’t realize wasn’t included in the sale and the sales ladies graciously gave me the discount as it was a communication oops and made a forever customer. Highly recommended and will be going back in the future. Thank you for blessing this customer.

- JKJillian KurekJan 27, 20165.0This company is absolutely amazing. Not only do they provide a huge selection of high quality items, including fabric, but their customer service is outstanding! I had purchased an ecowool blanket and unfortunately it somehow got ripped along the edge in the washing machine after only one wash (yes the blanket is machine washable). I wrote them an email about my dissatisfaction with this product. Unfortunately, this blanket color is no longer carried by them, so I was devastated I would need to live with a new and ripped expensive blanket. They immediately responded with several options, one of them being that they would cut and rebind the ripped edge on my blanket at NO cost! They were very thorough in their explanation and went above and beyond to make sure I am happy. I would absolutely recommend Pendleton to anyone out there!
