  Lululemon in Old Town used to be so great. Really great people and atmosphere for years. But, their Foothills location is just not great. The products are still very well made (that's the only reason why I gave it a 2 star and not a 1 star), but their staff at this location is just so unaccommodating. They care more about selling and less about happiness with the end product. I used to spend a lot of money in the Old Town shop and if my husband bought me items that didn't fit, they used to allows returns and replacements. The Old Town shop also allowed hemming from pants to shorts or long tanks and shirts to crops, but the Foothills shop does not. The Foothills shop claims that it's corporate policy that they don't hem some types of items, but I have called their corporate, and it is not true. Their corporate offices, as well as EVERY OTHER SURROUNDING LULULEMON (Cherry Creek, Westminster, Commerce City, Littleton, etc., heck even ones in New York and Chicago I've been to) all allowing the hemming jobs that Fort Collins rejects. In the end, it really seems like they just want to be difficult, which is bizarre for very loyal paying a premium for their clothing. I've talked to several woman who I work out with and we all feel the same way - that the Foothills Lululemon is not run well from the customer perspective - and we have all stopped going there as a result.

  This store is the best! I came in trying to find a last minute item for my honeymoon later this week after I had an issue with my online order. They were extremely helpful and so sweet. After dealing with a lot of wedding stress and receiving some bad news right before I went in the store, their kindness truly made my night. Thank you so much!
