- BBBrett BolinOct 2, 20243.0Experience was decent. I wasn’t pleased to get a message at a 1:39pm stating I missed my 9:00am install, however I dropped my vehicle off the day before my appointment. I contacted the auto shop to make sure they knew it was there and they said they get that all the time. This must be an automated message, but you should address this. I felt bad interrupting them for a silly question. I didn’t want to make them feel as though I was rushing the to get it complete or be that “needy” customer. That was a bit of a panic moment that could easily be avoided, making the experience much more pleasant.

How does an interlock device/car breathalyzer work?
