If you’re wondering if you should use them, just try calling their toll free number and try to get ahold of an agent for anything BESIDES an appointment. I promise you that you’ll never actually reach someone or get a call back. I waited for several weeks for them to send the registration to the DMV and so I cannot take my dmv written test or the practical. Having to drive without a license or lose my job now. I’d definitely recommend going anywhere else unless you have nothing but time on your hands. Complete ineptitude.
