Please stay away from this company. If you are required to have an interlock device installed, you have made a mistake. But that does not mean you don't deserve to be treated with dignity and decent customer service. You will get neither with this company. I stopped their service and went with another company, and I am glad I did. Use any other company, move forward positively in your life, and do not let this company take advantage of you.

I'll start with saying that if there aren't any issues Mr. Piper (the contractor at this location) is quick. So you are in and out for a recalibration. I don't have experience at this location for an install. However, if there is any type of issue, Mr. Piper will NOT listen to you, talks over you, demands respect but does not give it. Recalibration can happen 30 to 45 days. The last appointment I showed up early. The appointment was listed on the Lifesafer website. I pulled up and parked and the garage wasn't open yet. I sat in my truck in front of the business with my engine running. Mr. Piper comes out of the door, looks right at me, and gets in his car and drives away. I waited another ten minutes and he didn't return. I was not given any notice and took time off from work. When I called Mr. Piper he took no responsibility and said he takes vacation and has days out of the office like everyone else and he would invite me to use other offices. I rescheduled the appointment and that one was fine. Last week, I made a mistake and scheduled my appointment on my calendar as a half hour later than what it was. I showed up at 8:30 a.m. instead of 8:00 a.m. I pulled up and Mr. Piper immediately stepped out saying I was late. I found my mistake and apologized. I tried to talk to him about it and he immediately raised his voice, spoke over me, and wouldn't listen. I brought up the issue of him seeing me and driving away without saying anything. He told me that if Lifesafer didn't contact me when he was scheduled for a day out of the office that wasn't his problem. During the appointment he poked his head into the waiting room and said my unit wouldn't calibrate so he needed to replace it. The remainder of the appointment went fine and he ended up apologizing saying he was having a rough morning. He stated he was refunding an amount of money for my inconvenience. Two days later I went to leave work and the unit malfunctioned. I sat in the parking lot for almost an hour trying to figure out what was happening. I called the corporate number and they tried to do what they could over the phone. The operator tried calling Mr. Piper and got no answer. I finally got it to start. I returned to Mr. Piper on the morning of May 17, 2024. He came out and I tried to tell him what had happened and just spoke over me saying he would figure it out. I left it alone and went to wait. After a bit he came in just long enough to say I was good and closed the door. I approached the open garage door and called out to him. He only said, "You're all set...paperwork is on the seat." I tried to ask questions and told him that my vehicle wouldn't start the day prior. He would only say, "You're all set." I never raised my voice once but tried to find out whether I'm going to be stranded again. He finally raised his voice a last time and said, "I said you're all set man." And yes, the unit malfunctioned again that evening so I sat at a gas pump for another 40 minutes trying to get it to work. I'm still waiting to hear from corporate about a possible appointment today to get a replacement today...it's Monday, May 20th. Prior to Mr. Piper I had gone to the location at 11450 Huron St. I showed up for an appointment that was listed on the corporate site. I showed up to find a handwritten note that they would be out for the day. Again, I took time off work.

Went to this location twice at the end of my interlock process, and every time was an extremely uncomfortable unpleasant experience.the first time I had gone in, the tech on location was extremely aggressive, confrontational and hostile. He would raise his voice and not let me get a chance in to explain my self and my situation with my car. He was extremely quick to cut me off when I would try to explain what I needed, and even quicker to cast judgment and try to make it seem like I didn't know nothing about the process. I figured he was having a bad day and reluctantly scheduled my last and final interlock with him in hopes that the next experience would be more pleasant. Unfortunately I was sadly mistaken. The same tech as last time was there and was again extremely hostile and confrontational. up to this point I had several recalibration appointments with other interlock locations with little to no trouble. My normal inter lock recalibration was always $25 but for some reason he went and charged me $160 for the recalibration. When I tried to ask about the charges before he ran the card ,he refused to answer my questions and began to be aggressive and suggested I didn't know what I was talking about ..well I call the main number for the inter lock after he charged me for the $160 and they said it was a mistake and refunded me over $100 back. I felt like he was charging me whatever he wanted because he knew I had no choice but to pay it in order to be complient with my process.I know there is not many places to choose from when it comes to these services but I highly recommend you avoid this place at all costs, it's already a stressful process as it is with out the interlock tech consistently making you feel uneducated, and unsafe about this process.

My provider of choice! I moved shops when they relocated this one from Wheat Ridge. Adding 20 minutes to my drive is well worth the service I receive. Manuel is awesome, very informative and professional. Thanks for making this situation easier!
