  I bought an automatic watch online and the band needed to be resized for my wrist. I didn't know where to go but Williams Jewelers was close and I've heard their radio ads so thought I'd see if they would help me. The store is beautiful! And they made me feel welcomed and comfortable. I met with a salesperson named Landon and he was great! He took the time to size my band correctly without trying to sell me anything. I'm an old guy and to me it's what customer service used to be. They did a fantastic job and when it was done I asked what I owed and the response was "nothing". They have my business from now on. They are good people! If you need jewelry or anything in their wheelhouse go see them. They'll make you feel comfortable, take care of you, and most importantly you can trust them. Great job!

  I had an incredible experience working with Jonathan at Williams Jewelers. He helped design not just one, but three custom pieces for us, an engagement ring, a wedding band, and a push present ring. Each one turned out absolutely stunning. The designs were beautiful from the start, but the finished pieces exceeded every expectation. Jonathan’s communication throughout the entire process was outstanding. He kept us informed at every step and made sure every detail was exactly right. His attention to detail is truly unmatched, and it’s clear he takes a lot of pride in his work. What really stood out was the combination of expertise and genuine customer care. He made what could have been a complicated process feel easy and enjoyable from beginning to end. I can’t recommend Jonathan and Williams Jewelers enough. I’ll definitely be coming back for any future jewelry purchases and will be asking for Jon every time.

  I have a few pieces of jewelry with extreme familial sentimental value in my possession that have seen better days. I walked into Williams Jewelers with fear that they wouldn’t be able to be saved and Laura S. immediately reassured me that wouldn’t be the case. You can tell this is clearly a passion point for her beyond this establishment and it’s wonderful to see that in this day and age. Laura was so patient with me and it honestly felt like she truly understood the emotional value behind these pieces. Everything looks absolutely beautiful while still maintaining their original character and meaning. If you’re looking for someone who truly cares about their craft and their clients, Laura is the one.

  I walked in with a small collection of very high-maintenance Rolex watches and expectations that were… let’s just say ambitious. Instead of making me feel ridiculous, Laura met me with total patience, kindness, and genuine care - taking the time to understand what I needed and walking me through everything without a hint of judgment. What really stood out wasn’t just the flawless quality of the work, but how effortless she made the whole experience feel. She treated both me and my watches with so much respect and attention that I left wondering why I’d ever go anywhere else. If patience were a luxury feature, she’d be one of a kind.

  I love Williams of Englewood so much!! This whole team is top notch: knowledgeable, professional, personable, and true experts at their craft. My husband and I purchased our wedding bands at Williams, and Abi made the process a dream! It’s such a big decision, and her attention to our wants and vision for our bands helped her lead us to the perfect rings and beautiful engraving to make the experience even more personalized and special. Since then, I’ve had older jewelry repairs completed, as well as custom jewelry orders fulfilled in which we repurposed heirloom stones, and Abi is amazing to work with. The care taken with new jewelry orders is just as intentional when it comes to creating something beautiful from our heirloom pieces. Could not be happier with Williams and my favorite jeweler, Abi!
