Abi made it happen from start to finish. Williams Jewelers sourced exactly what we were looking for, guided us through the process, and created a wax mock-up so we could see the ring before it was finalized. The finished piece turned out even better than we hoped, and the entire experience was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable thanks to Abi’s communication and attention to detail. She also helped me with a beautiful green dial Rolex Datejust, and the service was top-tier throughout. We are super satisfied and highly recommend Williams Jewelers, especially Abi. We certainly plan to purchase more from Williams in the future.

When I researched online for jewelry stores that “repair watches and/or costume jewelry” ‘Williams Jewelers’ popped up in my browser. I made a trek to their store with high hopes. I should NOT have —because Williams does NOT provide such services. They need to be clearer online about the services they actually provide. Yes, vintage costume jewelry and watches may have deep emotional bonds for the wearer, but please don’t bother Williams Jewelers with such trite items and trivia! If it’s not pure gold, platinum or clear cut diamonds then one should not spend 20 minutes finding a parking place in Cherry Creek, then walking to 3rd Avenue and entering their store — I felt I was bothering these sellers. Got it. Thank you for your 5 minutes of time. Please be clearer online about your services.

It was a store filled with fancy, beautiful items, and I do not consider myself a fancy, beautiful person. Diane, one the owners, immediately greeted me and didn’t bat an eye at my request to redesign my relatively modest wedding ring. In fact, she couldn’t have been more gracious, kind, or welcoming then and every time I visited the store after. Fast forward to present day (and a new even fancier, more beautiful showroom) and I am still just as impressed by the unpretentious, welcoming ethos. My most recent visit was with Jonathan, who treated me with the same kindness and care I so value. Not only was Jonathan just a lovely person with whom I had a wonderful chat, but he assessed three rings I wanted repaired/remade and gave me honest forthright advice on what was feasible and especially what might jeopardize the integrity of a somewhat already compromised antique ring. The store was busy; he took his time. He answered every question. He was just so gracious and knowledgeable. I have visited several other jewelers closer to my home that are nice. I place my trust in Williams Jewelers. 20+ years of service, and I am still impressed.
