- RMRyan MillerJun 3, 20251.0*Read to know what you’re getting into* Extra charges they don’t tell you. Waiving the install fee doesn’t mean the install is covered. I still paid $190 dollars and that was with their discount. Was told it was gonna be a $56 every 2 weeks. Charged $68. Why? Oh they add on a protection plan but don’t tell you or ask you. Lockout fees are $50, and then you still have to get device serviced and pay for that. Only have one chance to drive to service center otherwise you’re paying another $50 to unlock and drive your car somewhere. On hold forever if you call about something. Spent an hour and half waiting to try and unlock my device. Unless it’s your first time calling and not in their system, then they answer right away to get your business! Installation guy told me how use interlock. “Blow hard and loud saying Dooo” somehow got it started first go but he said needed to be much more harder/louder in future. Could not figure the damn device out. So frustrated and then got locked out my car after only 2 days driving. Thankfully the service tech showed me how to actually use it. More graceful and not too bad to use. I just feel lied too. Have paid almost $400 for first month! Called billing explaining what I was told on the phone. Nope! Everything is right according to them. Nothing they can do. Also their sponsored ads shows 2.6k reviews and over 4 stars? Bullshit!! Totally fake reviews

I waited till 9:45 around 9:30 another person for appointment showed up and she told me that it’s not a first time when they stood her up like that she said it’s pointless to call or even make appointments because they are never on time and it’s not a first time it happened to her. Don’t waste your time don’t make appointment to that place. It’s like a roulette. You never know when they will show up. Especially if you drive from mountains like I do.
