After searching online for the perfect birthday gift for my brother in law, I was pleased to see on the website that the $100 shirt in his size was available at this location. I drove 30 minutes in, had to pay $6 for 1 hour parking, only to arrive at the door at 11:40am and read that the store is closed due to a lunch break until 1:15pm. It’s a beautiful Saturday at a retail store in busy RiNo when the only employee/manager decided to prioritize lunch (if it’s even actually that). And the retail industry wonders why everyone chooses to shop online. I will not be walking into this location ever.

That means a lot! Sheila is the best, always takes care of me, I’m always calling to see what they have in stock 🤣. Also Pendleton is just an amazing brand as a company, and superb craftsmanship and quality. I have never bought anything I didn’t LOVE at Pendleton. Go here and support our local shop!
