  Went in and the guy talking to me (I'm assuming manager?) was more like a car salesman. Made me feel extremely uncomfortable In more ways than one and felt like he was flirting with female staff....Ew. Went In wanting to purchase but left. Will absolutely not go back. I live in the area and will never come back and will encourage family and friends to avoid this location. Not sure how they got any positive reviews. Probably people that work there or their friends. Didn't know much about their products and I felt they were more concerned with picking up girls and worse yet, picking up their own female staff.... Disgusting.

  Was visiting Denver from Seattle and as a Oakley fan… this store was a go-to destination haha. People in Denver need to realize this store is a 1 of 1 experience in the whole nation!! The atmosphere and setup is amazing, they have the best selection of glasses (of course), but they have the best line of Oakley clothing. The only other place to have this clothing is HQ in Foothill Ranch or big international cities like Milan, Japan, etc. Anyways i’m done glazing the location haha. When it comes to the staff, Natalia and Emiliano were top tier. I could tell they knew their stuff and also like the brand which is important for customers. Don’t listen to the negative reviews, these were people who were probably already pissed before they walked in the store 😅. Check it out if you get the chance whether you are local or visiting. I wish we had a store like this in Seattle

  Train your staff. Not sure how they go about training for product knowledge but they couldn’t tell me much. Oakley must assume the “product sells itself.” No thank you.

  I stopped into this Oakley store to ask about ski goggles for my first-ever ski trip. Since I’ve never skied before, I felt pretty overwhelmed and unsure how to justify spending significantly more than I would at a big-box store like Dick’s Sporting Goods. The staff (I believe Lauren and Natalia?) were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the differences between options, why the quality matters, and even how to properly care for the goggles. I never felt rushed or upsold—just genuinely helped. I walked out with a great pair that I’m really excited to use, and my friend—an experienced snowboarder—confirmed I picked an excellent, high-quality option that’s absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re new to skiing or just want expert guidance. PS, the clothes looked really cool and I wish I had space in my suitcase!
