  Marco is just fabulous. After purchasing my Speedy Soft 30 in December months later he checked in seeing how I was liking my bag. He also mentioned they a Spa day for bags that is coming up. I will definitely take advantage of this service. I greatly appreciate his customer service and I’m looking forward to purchasing another item for my collection with him.

  About a week ago my wife and I went to get her birthday present, Alejandra took good care of us her customer service was outstanding!!! "we even ended up getting a few more items that were planned" Pochette Félicie was my wife's favorite. We have visited locations like Las Vegas, Chicago, and New York and the size of the place doesn't always matter. What we love is the warm welcome we receive at Cherry Creek. Everyone is so kind and always makes us feel special! Once again, thank you, Alejandra, and thank you, Louis Vuitton, for having the best team. MR. Martin Torres

  I had high expectations when I invested tens of thousands of dollars in Louis Vuitton bags, believing that I was purchasing pieces that would last a lifetime. Unfortunately, my experience has been far from that. After just 5-6 years of on and off use, I’ve noticed significant issues with my LVs rubbing off. For a luxury brand like LV, I expected superior durability and craftsmanship. Instead, it feels like I’m paying a premium for a name rather than a product that cannot withstand use. I don’t use the same bag constantly; I switch out every couple of weeks, and when not in use, the bags are kept in their dust bags. There should be no reason this should be happening. Additionally, I’ve found LV’s customer service lacking when it comes to addressing these issues. They claim to stand by their products, but when it comes time for them to uphold that promise, they don’t. The repair process is complete trash, which feels unjustifiable given the initial investment. I had hoped for a reliable, long-lasting product, but my experience has left me regretting all of my purchases. I cannot recommend LV bags if you’re looking for quality and a warranty that matches the price tag. Save your money and consider brands that offer better durability for a fraction of the cost.

  Luis is hands down the best LV SA—very genuine and authentic. I used to shop at LV but I had bad experience with an SA at this exact location, so I stopped shopping at LV for years and went to VCA, Dior, Delvaux, other brands instead because I was treated better there. I came back this time because I had my eye on this bag, and fortunately, Louis was there greeting me with a big smile. I would have bought another bag if I couldn’t get this one, but he came through in the end :) Will definitely be back to shop with Luis again.

  Longtime Louis Vuitton fragrance customer and this was a disappointing experience at the Cherry Creek location. One bottle (Imagination 100ml) developed a clear issue — discoloration, residue leakage, and a significantly altered scent. I purchased multiple fragrances at the same time and stored them identically (room temperature, out of sunlight), and this was the only one affected. I was not asking for a return outside policy, only for the product to be evaluated. Instead, both the store and Client Services refused to assess it and defaulted to policy without addressing the quality concern. For a luxury brand at this level, refusing to evaluate a potentially defective product is not the experience I expected. I’m still hopeful this can be properly reviewed and resolved.
