My fiancé and I had been shopping for a suit for her and he truly listened to what she wanted and found her the right fits to make her feel confident and happy! I watched Steve not only be attentive to us, but every customer her interacted with. He’s truly a stellar employee and we were so thankful to have had him help us! As a frequent Express shopper at many locations, I can say this was my best experience yet! Thank you, Steve!

I tried to return them through the online portal, but there wasn't a way to access given the email I was sent as verification, so I had to go into the store in person. When I got there, I was told they didn’t have any jeans in the same wash (which I need for work), and none of the other options worked for me. On top of that, they said my purchase info had been deleted because it had been over 30 days from date of purchase (not taking into account for the shipment timeline), so they couldn’t process a return or exchange at all. So now I’m stuck with two pairs of jeans I can’t use. Honestly, I wouldn’t recommend, especially compared to my experience with Lucky, which was seamless and I ended up leaving with five pairs that actually worked. Edit: I sent customer service an email with the suggestion of Express here. I was told now that the 30 days have passed from date of purchase that there is no option at this time; confirming my experience from the in store location. Very disappointed with how the process is structured for customers. The inability to access a return online, no email or paper receipt received outside of my PayPal confirmation, and the experience each step past that point has confirmed my resolution not to shop here in the future.
