Tony had the watch of interest delivered via Fed Ex to us from another 1916 Company store. The watch was beautiful and as described! It was a little bit too large so we were instructed to bring it in and they would size it for us while we waited. It took about twenty minutes to remove a few links and off we went!! We had a long relationship with Hyde Park prior to the merger with The 1916 Company and we are pleased that we can and will continue the great relationship with The 1916 Company. Thank you to everyone at "our 1916 Company"!

One, I was interested in purchasing. The man walked over and said that they had more options online if I wanted to look online because they closed a few minutes ago. It was 5:02. I was unaware that the store closed an hour earlier than the mall. He didn’t care that we were mid conversation, he assumed I wasn’t going to make a purchase and we were basically pushed and escorted out. This deserves a 1 star and he’s lucky I didn’t get his name!
