  We’ve been shopping here since 2019 with Hain who has been absolutely helpful and responsive and a joy to work with! She goes above and beyond to get what you like, to the best of her abilities. We plan to continue our great relationship and bring more friends to the 1916 company! We also love all the other SAs - Carlos, JC and Yelena - who are always pleasant to chat with. They do service so well. The manager, Germaine, also makes sure to say hi when we are there, which truly enhances the experience. We love shopping here and we are not going anywhere!

  I had such a wonderful interaction with Molly in the service department here. I had a somewhat complex request for changing out parts on a watch, and she was diligent, professional, courteous, and always on top of it. She didn’t even mind me checking in with her more frequently than was probably necessary, ha ha! In all seriousness, all of the folks I have worked with here have been professional, very kind, and approachable. Molly will continue to win my business for the brand as a whole, and is a great asset to the service department!

  I had a fantastic experience at the 1916 Company in Cherry Creek today. From the moment I walked in, the service was warm, professional, and genuinely welcoming. I especially want to recognize Jude, who made the entire visit memorable. He was engaging, friendly, and a great listener. The best salespeople listen to learn the rest listen for an opening to respond and Jude clearly listens to learn. He took the time to understand what I was looking for and gave thoughtful, knowledgeable feedback to every question I had. At no point did the experience feel rushed or pressured. Honestly, it felt more like I was shopping with one of my best buddies than working with a salesperson. What stood out most was his depth of knowledge and genuine passion for watches. Anyone can stand behind a counter, but it's rare to find someone who truly knows the product inside and out. In my opinion, he knew the watches better than most people you'll meet in the industry, and the fact that he personally owns and proudly wears the brand himself says a lot. Luxury retail is all about the experience, and Jude delivered one of the best customer experiences I've had in a long time. If you're visiting this location, I highly recommend asking for him. I'll definitely be back.

  Walking into the Rolex Boutique at The 1916 Company, is a pleasant experience—you won't feel pressured. The staff allows you to browse at your leisure and is happy to assist when you're ready to view a timepiece. For truly exceptional service, we highly recommend Carlos at this location. From the moment my spouse and I first visited 18 months ago, Carlos has been consistently approachable and attentive. Although the watches in the boutique are for exhibition only, Carlos graciously took the time to let us try on various models to determine our preferences. He noted our information and desired options. Since then, he has successfully helped us acquire watches for both of us, sharing our excitement throughout the process! Even though we don't live near the Cherry Creek Mall, we always make a point to stop by and say hello to Carlos whenever we're in the area. He always acknowledges our presence, even if he's currently with another customer. When he is free, he is welcoming and takes the time to genuinely connect with us and learn about our interests. If you are looking to purchase a Rolex, ask for Carlos. He is professional, knowledgeable, kind, and genuinely committed to helping you find your dream watch(es)!
