  *EDIT* PLEASE NOTE THIS BUSINESS DOESN'T CARE ABOUT THEIR SERVICE AS SHOWN BY THEIR RESPONSE. I don't want to report you to your website, i want it VERY publicly on Google so everyone knows not to come here. The people who work there are incredibly pushy, they wont let you leave without buying something… to the point i have to go downstairs or return at a different location because i know they will try to persuade me to not return something THEY made me buy. The worst part is they wont stop trying to sell you something but wont even tell you the frame discounts the store is having so they make you buy at full price. I am nothing but a dollar sign to these people. It is disgusting how they take advantage of people (And the old guy in the suit was being so rude and publicly shaming his associates with customers in the store- i felt incredibly uncomfortable with how degrading they were talking to them) Whether you need prescription lenses or just sunglasses- GO ANYWHERE ELSE!!!!!!! You have been warned

  Long story short, I had a pair of sunglasses that were damaged at the sunglasses hut but have nothing but great things to say about Stephen at this location. He was extremely helpful, understanding and stayed late to help me resolve this situation. I appreciate him wanting to make sure I felt good about my Sunglasses Hut experience and I do and I will be returning to make more purchases.

  This place is amazing! Brehm was incredibly friendly, patient, and helpful while assisting me with my glasses. He made sure everything fit perfectly and answered all my questions. Great customer service and a great overall experience.

  My order was never placed even though I paid and went through the whole process. I’m currently on hold with customer service trying to resolve my issue. The store told me to call customer service and customer service told me to call the store. This is a joke.
