    I’ve bought almost all my sunglasses at Sunglass Hut just because they are everywhere and have a good selection. But none of them really stood out to me until I bought a pair at the 16th Street location. The reason is the level of service that Ryan provides. Unassuming but knowledgeable and focused on the customer’s needs. He seems to be a genuinely caring person and does a great job.

    From hello to goodbye, this was an excellent shopping experience. I wasn't sure of the stores hours and called before my visit. I was pleasantly surprised when the phone was answered quickly. That's not the norm in 2025. The person who answered the phone was kind and helpful. She verified the store's hours and location information which matched up with what I found online. That part of Denver has gone through a lot of of retail challenges and I just wanted to make sure that this location was actually open. When I arrived, I was greeted immediately and McKenna was able to track down the glasses. I had come in to see. She was knowledgeable about the product and the stock and even pointed out that if I used my American Express I would get a $30 statement credit. Two thumbs up, she's a great employee and an asset to the sunglass hut brand. Keep up the great work!

    McKenna was such a friendly and cool employee. We were trying to surprise my mom with the same sunglasses she lost on our trip, and McKenna was super cool and friendly in helping us make this happen. We were really happy with our experience and the great customer service. Thanks again!

    I just happened to be in the store when a very suspicious individual wearing a mask came in and it was obvious he didn't have good intentions. The employee was very understandably nervous but treated him respectfully as I looked at her and winked to assure her I had her back. I was very ticked off at this guy and I looked at him and after a few more minutes I think he got the point and he walked out. Sage you were awesome under those circumstances 💪
