Customer service is terrible and did not process a return for a pair of sunglasses purchased two days ago because there was a small scratch according to the employee. (There wouldn't be a scratch if they didn't sell you the shelf model that 50 other people try on!) They told me to call the manger at another store where I purchased them instead of dealing with the problem. This place is a joke. Btw the return was accepted at a different location.
