  Amazing customer service by the lady. I was just browsing since i had some time for layover . She had a amazing customer service and she offered to clean up my glasses 👓 since airport was having construction she did that for me , it shows pride she takes in her work and day to day life at work. Thank you to her for making my day at your shop. I will definitely come back and buy it from sunglass hut. Day and time of visit : 8th nov , time : 11 am!

  I was leaving to head home + noticed the sunglass hut then remembered my warranty was ending + I had my glasses on me so I took the chance to grab my new pair. I was absolutely clueless how the warranty worked however the gentleman working went the extra mile to provide me top notch service + making me aware that I was able to also pick a new case with my warranty. He showed me the colors + I didn't notice any black cases (which I really wanted) but I asked anyways + he took the time + looked through the drawer a 2nd time + found me the last black case. Given the busy location (+I'm sure shortage of staff) I was provided extraordinary service (I do not remember the guys name who helped me unfortunately// my departure was on 3/6/22 + I was in the store between around 12:40-1:40 PM) I hope this information helps this review find who it is for. This guy deserves a raise, not only for his great customer service but also his great social skills + ability to make the customers feel heard. I couldn't have asked for a better experience in such a busy location. I would recommend anyone traveling through the Denver, CO airport who has a warranty + needs their replacements (like I did) or who just wants a new pair of shades to absolutely make the time to stop by this location. 10/10 recommend! THANK YOU FOR A GREAT EXPERIENCE!

  Andre is one of the best employees of any organization I have ever come across. He was super knowledgeable and even adjusted the glasses I walked in with around my neck. I saw him also go above and beyond for customers as they checked out. This dude deserves it all
