- TFTrent FechtmeisterJan 3, 20265.0Brought in a pair of my 2-year-old Ray Bans that I’d purchased in another state that needed a repair when a lens had fallen out. The team took my glasses and re-installed the lens, tightened up all the screws on the glasses, adjusted the nose bridge pieces, and polished the lenses. Super quick and painless!! Highly recommend.

Tried to buy the new meta display glasses with my email coupon of $100 (not my first pair) only to find out they will not accept the coupon because they sent it in error. Their error shouldl not be my fault. Instead they offered $10 off. What a slap in the face. I am so disappointed. If you like a company with good customer service that stands behind what they say then this is not the company for you!!!

On December 20,2025 around 7:30 PM , my family came and there was a sign at the door that Say “be back in 15 minutes” we stood by the door and waited until he arrived. The person didn’t say anything or even acknowledge us, let alone a simple greeting. I said “Hello”as I walked in, no response. Few seconds later my wife walked in and say “Hi” again no response. From there I already wanted to leave. Few moment later a Caucasian couple walked and was greeted “Hi welcome in”. Whoever was working there today needs to learn how to work in this kinds of spaces.
