We were having an issue getting a replacement pair of sunglasses that were under the manufacturer’s warranty because they no longer made the exact specifications of the sunglasses I had. Dane was able to come up with a creative solution to replace my sunglasses to my delight. He went out of his way to make it happen as my warranty was approaching its expiration - he’s a life saver! Excellent service, you’re in good hands with Dane!

Even when my daughter worked at sunglass hut and was alone she still acknowledged everyone who walked in. The guy working didn’t even look up. Such horrible customer service.
