  Poor customer service. Still waiting for my refund which should have been in my account already, just called and have to wait another week. Rayban has already had the item back since January 22. It’s now February 6. As a customer I will never order from them again in my life. Stealing peoples money is unacceptable & unprofessional. Give me my money back!!!!!!!

  Strong warning to avoid Ray-Ban as a company. I received a pair of their glasses for Christmas as a gift, within 2 weeks the hinge broke. I brought them back to the store, they were super nice and said it was covered by warranty and to apply online. He even gave me his name. I did that, and corporate rejected the warranty (didn't say why) and offered me a link to buy them again. I went to their support department who had the same story, we can't help. Paying almost $300 for a pair of glasses, to be lied to about the warranty, and wasting hours of time with support people passing the buck is the worst customer experience I've ever had from a designer brand. Avoid at all costs.

  Brought in a pair of my 2-year-old Ray Bans that I’d purchased in another state that needed a repair when a lens had fallen out. The team took my glasses and re-installed the lens, tightened up all the screws on the glasses, adjusted the nose bridge pieces, and polished the lenses. Super quick and painless!! Highly recommend.

  Horrible, horrible customer service. Previous customer and was sent an email for belonging to the family. Tried to buy the new meta display glasses with my email coupon of $100 (not my first pair) only to find out they will not accept the coupon because they sent it in error. Their error shouldl not be my fault. Instead they offered $10 off. What a slap in the face. I am so disappointed. If you like a company with good customer service that stands behind what they say then this is not the company for you!!!
