Train your staff. Not sure how they go about training for product knowledge but they couldn’t tell me much. Oakley must assume the “product sells itself.” No thank you.

I stopped into this Oakley store to ask about ski goggles for my first-ever ski trip. Since I’ve never skied before, I felt pretty overwhelmed and unsure how to justify spending significantly more than I would at a big-box store like Dick’s Sporting Goods. The staff (I believe Lauren and Natalia?) were incredibly friendly, patient, and knowledgeable. They took the time to explain the differences between options, why the quality matters, and even how to properly care for the goggles. I never felt rushed or upsold—just genuinely helped. I walked out with a great pair that I’m really excited to use, and my friend—an experienced snowboarder—confirmed I picked an excellent, high-quality option that’s absolutely worth the money. Highly recommend stopping here if you’re new to skiing or just want expert guidance. PS, the clothes looked really cool and I wish I had space in my suitcase!

Stopped by the store the other day and had an amazing experience. Everyone in the store is incredibly nice and informative. I spent most of my time talking with Jeremy. I did not end up purchasing anything and let him know prior to talking about sunglasses. With that being said, he still took the time to show me around the store and was incredibly patient with me when looking at sunglasses. His product knowledge and customer service are truly next level. I am now an Oakley customer for life! Thank you, Jeremy!

This is the nicest of all the Oakley stores I’ve been to across the United States. It’s brand new. It’s in the perfect spot. They have an incredible selection. It’s super clean Kristen and Jeremy provided such excellent service and made sure to show me all of the New collection as well as what sunglasses would look best on me honestly I’ll be coming back to the store every time I visit the neighborhood This is better than a regular Oakley store because it’s just so much nicer and the staff is so attentive

Was excited to check out this store but both myself and my husband were ultimately disappointed. They have an expansive selection of glasses to try on, but thats about it. The store seems to only feature mens wear on both sides, no womens wear. The store employees dont seem to be from the area and are unfamiliar with the neighborhood the store is in. So i guess they couldnt manage to hire people actually from the denver area. (Isnt that supposed to be the point of new business?) And they also werent knowledgable when asking them about which lenses are able to be purchased with prescription lenses. Seems like common sense knowledge they should be trained on when the store is primarily for eye wear. Also- 4 employees? For that small of a boutique size store? It only needs 1-2 employees at a time max. They were just standing around. Additionally- the store is small but they have corn hole inside the store to randomly play? I dont think of corn hole when i think of a new oakley tech focused immersive experience store in a larger city, i think of a suburban backyard in the mid west. The store consists of hard surfaces, so the “boom” of the pouches slamming on the corn hole board being played indoors while trying to experience the store was loud, distracting, disruptive, and just plan obnoxious. Missing the mark.
