Esmeralda was very helpful and the managers energy is awesome. Overall my experience was great and I recommend this location

She helped me getting some stuff for my trip to the mountains. If it wasn’t for her help I would of most likely went to another store, every employee kept walking up to me asking if I was ok, or if I needed help. Which was very frustrating. I know it’s their job, but some of us like to shop in peace. Esme connected with me so well as if she knew me already. She was helping me while assisting other people in her pant wall, but she educated us as if she was 1 on 1 while there was other guys, women there.

I’ve been to this store multiple times before and my experiences were never that great. This visit was completely different, Tess made me feel welcomed and comfortable. Because of Tess, I actually want to come back to this store again. Customer service like this really makes a difference, and Tess truly went above and beyond. Thank you for turning my experience around!
