    This store does speak for itself for the brand but without the exceptional customer service it would not really make the experience enjoyable. Tiffany Dinh is very knowledgeable and attentive and fun to chat with too! Ask for her when you are there! She is great!

    First of all, I would like to send a huge shouout to Alejandra for helping me and being so kind. If I could rate her only it would be 10/10. Now as far as the store and the rest of the employees ... not so sure. This is the first time I ever walked into a luxury store and had ZERO greeting. After walking around for a whole minute-- the security guard was the first one to greet me ??? That is very insane. I am happy Alejandra was finished helping her customer because she swiftly came to help me as I stood in the store looking like a lone puppy. I would be more than happy to come back to her only if I need some purchases this holiday season. Otherwise, I would just fly back home to the east coast where people are use to seeing African Americans at luxury stores.

    There is this really nice lady that works here that always greets us in a professional and very welcoming fashion when we visit this store. She always wears a super cute LV belt. She has short dark reddish brown hair and she’s older, I didn’t catch her name but it’s nice to see her when I come into the store.

    Great service and friendly staff. Andrew was incredibly helpful and attentive. Definitely highly recommend. Very much will be back again. Was highly impressed overall with evening and is as expected. Thank you for the great service and attention.
