Extremely disappointed with my experience at the Louis Vuitton store in Cherry Creek Mall. I’ve purchased three items recently from Louis Vuitton, spending a significant amount of money—and yet the customer service and aftercare are completely unacceptable for a so-called luxury brand.
A wallet I purchased less than two months ago was damaged when my puppy swiped it off the coffee table. When I brought it in for help with my situation at this location, I was told they cannot repair the exterior monogram at all and that only the inside might be repaired—at my own cost. No replacement, no meaningful solution, just “too bad.”
For the amount of money LV charges, this level of support is ridiculous. If I’m spending hundreds to thousands of dollars, I expect quality products and reasonable solutions—not being told I’m out of luck and should spend even more money to fix something I barely owned.
Luxury pricing with zero luxury service. Very disappointing and I won’t be purchasing from Louis Vuitton again. I’ve had much greater experiences with other luxury brands/customer service and you will too.

I have to say that I am absolutely appalled by the way this store and tier staff have treated my wife.
After wanting a bag for over a decade, she was finally able to splurge on one while on vacation. She was so excited!
After showing me the bag she noticed a couple oddities in the finish quality of the strap and the bag itself and immediately called customer service to figure out what to do. She put it back in its protective packaging and didn’t even get to wear it.
It’s took 3 weeks and multiple emails, phone calls, chats, etc. and they finally approved a return. We carefully packaged everything and shipped it that day.
After 2 weeks, they still hadn’t responded so she reached out again. Finally she got a response and the same salesperson who sod it to her (and who will likely lose her commission with this return) is now denying the return and claiming the bag has significant wear on it.
My wife is literally in tears, she followed the directions to the letter and took extreme care in returning the bag. We bought the bag over a month ago, and she hasn’t gotten Al the benefit of wearing it once. Now to be belittled and treated like a second class citizen by the store staff. Truly shocking and disgusting.
I hope they make it right, but either this store is just a rotten apple or this whole brand has gone downhill.
We are supposed to get a call from the manager tomorrow, hopefully they have better customer service skills than the sales staff.

Well they seem to have the Ferrari exclusivity thing figured out, multi hour line outside before Christmas. Good for them.

The manager I was given was extremely arrogant and looked at me with no emotion or care…I asked about repairing my purse I bought 14 months ago. I spent $2200 on a high end purse for quality. I thought this company made purses to last. Here were my choices given. I could spend $1100 to repair it, or they might look at it after sending it in. They said it would take 6-12 weeks and there was no guarantee of repair, this was only to review it. I asked for someone to email, and she said there was no one…I was sick to my stomach with the little care towards me and the “oh well” attitude I was given. I am just amazed.

Im gonna be completely transparent and honest. This location has some great CA’s (some who actually respect people, and try to give clients the best experience possible), but there is a select few CA’s at this location that (I would agree) from other reviews on here, that they scoff customers in this boutique when they try and profile customers to actually see if they think they have the money to purchase items or not, and its kind of pathetic, and just disgusting to treat people this way.
This location needs improvement with basic customer service. Only a select few CA’s attitudes come across as arrogant, and egotistical.
