- GMgeorge mattesonFeb 27, 20261.0They don’t honor their promotions without going through the BBB, customer service is a joke (expect hour long wait times), every other month you’ll show up to your appointment and either they wont be open, their computer will be down, or they will mess up your system causing you to have to, you guessed it, wait on hold for an hour for them to tell you they cant get a hold of the shop you were just at so you’re getting a missed appointment fee! This company cant even do a basic government money grab without absolutely botching every possible thing so as to not just take your money but your time and sanity too!

The only problem that has been going on since I’ve dealt with LifeSafer (about 2 years) is the obnoxiously long wait time on the telephone customer service. It takes FOREVER on hold.
