- NGNathaniel GallionJan 15, 20265.0Updated review : Friday, January 16, 26 Nacho installed the LifeSafer FC100N ignition interlock device. He was able to give me an install same day. I have a newer car with some advanced features and although I did have to work closely with the team, everyone involved was very helpful and cooperative. I had to go to a Dodge dealer for a final reset and so far all systems seem to be working fine. With all of the advanced systems wiring modifications are sensed by circuit monitors. They require additional troubleshooting. First, I was kind of upset, but with a little grace and patience we got through all of the details and I am 100% Satisfied. I highly recommend this mechanic shop. Highway assist, lane sense, traffic, sign assist, cruise control, ESC, forward collision sensing, automatic following distance, assistive breaking, and all other automated systems are back up and running after the initial install caused some errors with the systems. Ebeneezer auto repair , LifeSafer, and the AutoNation Dodge dealership on Arapahoe Road all contributed to the final outcome and everything is working properly now. Original review: Thursday, January 14, 2026 Horrible, the technician butchered the wiring in my brand new car causing thousands in damage and left greasy handprints all over my car. After the installation I was told the dealership would be able to do it simple reset for free and the service writer quoted at least 1500 for repairs on the 8 separate systems that were all fine before LifeSafer Ignition Interlock. After speaking with Brandon I was told that lifesafer would cover the cost of any damages caused by the installation tech. In the second hour of being on hold I don't have any answers. Will update review based on the final outcome of this matter.

LifeSafer reached out to me after the issues were corrected and applied a credit to my account for the inconvenience the mistakes created with the dmv. Was disappointed in the install shop for the mistakes, but every one of the LifeSafer representatives that I communicated with were super helpful and nice.
