    Very helpful staff and was able to get a personal bra fitting done. Although they didn't have a good selection in my size, they had many styles of bras that are good quality and decently priced.

    I came to this location to see if it offered more variety than the one I purchased something at the day before and had to return. While processing the return Melanie told me that I shouldn't have brought it to this location because the money comes out of their budget even though the other location got the sale. I totally get this as I've worked in retail before however: I came here hoping to exchange for something I would like better and didn't find anything. Also: this is not ok to tell a customer. It's rude and un-welcoming. I think she might be a manager but I'm not sure. If that's the case she should definitely know better than to tell customers that. I was going to give this two stars due to Melanie and her rudeness however on the way out I saw some items that I liked. The next associate to help me was very nice and found things that weren't in my size in the store and ordered them for me. She was very accommodating and kind. I would have given this location 5 stars if Melanie wasn't rude. I probably won't be coming back because this isn't the closest lane Bryant in my area and I don't think they have a huge variety. I'd hate to hassle them with a sale when they aren't willing to process return once in awhile from another store.
