I can’t remember his name, it was either Tim or Tom, the one with the big top hat. He was super pushy with me and when I told him my size he looked me up and down and I asked if I was sure. I felt like he was calling my fat and I didn’t appreciate that. Also when I initially entered I heard him loudly gossiping about his co workers, a lot of the conversation had such foul language remarks. I am so disgusted and disappointed express would hire such an unprofessional person. Will not come back to this location.

Ordered a coat online for pick up online yesterday, which said machine wash. I picked it up today, the tag said dry clean. Obviously an error on the site. I ordered it specifically because I can machine wash it. Made the return on the spot & requested a discount or express dollars since I drove an hour. Manager on duty today at 1pm said he couldn't do anything & didn't seem to care. Asked for him to contact corporate for me, he said I could & gave me customer service # instead, not corporate. Now I drive back another hour with nothing. I called customer service & couldn't even re-use the coupon code for the returned item. What a clown show. I got a ticket escalated. Hopefully they can make this right or they'll be losing a long time customer.
