- KGKat GDec 5, 20251.0The lady at the Denver location was incredibly rude, ordered these for a big event, paid for 1 hour rush delivery just for them to be delivered almost 4 hours later. They said they wouldn’t refund anything because they technically dumped it off somewhere and the package was handed over in their eyes. I should have read the reviews at this location before ordering. Our event was over by the time they arrived. We deserve a refund.
- EEErinAug 28, 20251.0The DoorDash driver was great! But the product I received from Edible Arrangements was not what my thoughtful & caring friend had paid for. First, more than half the strawberries were going bad, only 3 were ok. And my friend paid for 3 extra balloons since the package she selected only had 1, instead of 4 balloons I received 3. And on top of that there was a lot of condensation. I hope my friend reaches out for a partial refund. I called the store asking for a manager but the employee instead asked. I explained why I was upset, not once did I get a “sorry”. I felt like my frustration was ignored. And when I asked if they could refund my friend “I’ll talk to the manager and call the customer to see what they want to do”. Very disappointing.
