- EEErinAug 28, 20251.0The DoorDash driver was great! But the product I received from Edible Arrangements was not what my thoughtful & caring friend had paid for. First, more than half the strawberries were going bad, only 3 were ok. And my friend paid for 3 extra balloons since the package she selected only had 1, instead of 4 balloons I received 3. And on top of that there was a lot of condensation. I hope my friend reaches out for a partial refund. I called the store asking for a manager but the employee instead asked. I explained why I was upset, not once did I get a “sorry”. I felt like my frustration was ignored. And when I asked if they could refund my friend “I’ll talk to the manager and call the customer to see what they want to do”. Very disappointing.

They use Uber or Door Dash and when called to make sure I’d be home, it was agreed gift would be deliver by 2 pm. I waited at home but got no delivery. About 3:30 pm I got a call as though it was the first time they called me as they had no record of earlier call. Person on the phone was complaining to me that they had 24 orders that day! Not my problem. Fruit arrived about 5:30 with flower bouquet included as an attempt to make this right. This store has poor systems for managing deliveries and buyers need to be aware of this.
