Then when I went to try them on, only one shoe was in each box. We were instructed to check at the front desk to get the other shoe, which we did. I was told that I could only try one shoe on at a time, for every pair that I wanted to try. When I asked one lady if I could try on both, as my feet are slightly different sizes, both ladies were very rude and said "You can only try on one shoe at a time!" What kind of store doesn't allow you to try both shoes on together?? If you have that much theft at your store, what are the security guards for then? How about you put alarm tags on each shoe instead of inconveniencing paying customers? We walked out and will NOT be back. Headed to Runner's Roost, where they actually have good customer service and try on BOTH shoes together!
