- TFTaryn FishFeb 22, 20262.0The selection at this store is hard to beat but the signs and customer service made the experience one I do not want to repeat. The signs and shoe labels were confusing and not labeled correctly. Then we get to the check out counter and things got worse. The representative at the counter spoke very softly and mumbled. When we got to the payment screen I asked if the price reflected the discount on the items, she looked at me with a confused look on her face and then changed the pricing to reflect the discount. She then added 2 additional charges to the bill and did not explain them until I asked what they were for. She said they were for a shoe protectant service and would not remove the charges until I had stated multiple times that I did not want the service. She also was unable to answer the questions we had about the discounted items in the store even when we asked them she instead had us stare at the credit card screen watching the numbers change without saying a word or offering any explanation.

They have a huge selection, but I'm generally more inclined to spend a few extra dollars at a regular full service shoe store. No disrespect. Just not really an experience that works for me.
