Her customer service was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and genuinely kind, I left confident and excited about my purchase.

(This store had nothing to do with the online order) It was the correct box on what I ordered, but different shoes inside. I explained my situation to the associates/manager and they were able to give me the correct shoe with no issues. I would definitely come back here to shop. Nice friendly staff that are very helpful.
