Ostentatiously enormous. We went there when we needed an extra carry-on bag and found what we needed for an excellent price.

I went to the club members night tonight. I have been going for about 4 years now. The lady that use to run it ( Lorie) always put her heart and soul into it and took time to talk to all the members there. I would always bring my daughter with me and we both would get in and the door gift. Ever since this other lady (don't even know her name because she doesn't seem approachable or as fun as Lorie) the members night has gone downhill. It use to be held in the old restaurant part of the store which had way more room then the little space they try to pack us into with about 6 tables for about 60 to maybe 75 people might be more. I was standing in line for about 45 minutes to get in. When I got to the lady checking us in she asked for my credit card which I gave her. She asked if I was a authorized user I said yes (I am) then she asked who the primary card holder was. I told her my husband she asked if he was there. I told her he wasn't. She then proceeded to tell me that I wouldn't be able to attend because I wasn't the primary card holder and that he wasn't there. FOR 4 YEARS this hasn't happened to me! I'm very disappointed at how this is ran now. I buy stuff with my card there not just my husband. I'm not asked if I'm the primary card holder when I'm purchasing stuff! Do better for your so called "Members" Basspro! Sincerely, A disappointed customer P.S. please bring Lorie back!

I've been in the Denver store 6 times to look at rifle scopes. Everytime only one person behind the counter and 25 people waiting. Time to start supporting my local gun store and NOT BOX STORE chaos.
