- KPKarla Payne5 days ago4.0Paid parking Only 1 store in the mall validates Their validation ensures free parking in paid parking spots. Why only 1 store? Every store and every kiosk should provide validation. Note for Upper management/ corporate employees, Maybe 🤔 making parking free would increase business. Just a thought. Great place for mallwalkers 😀

Còn không gian thì thật thoải mái và sạch sẽ, thích hợp cho việc dạo chơi ngắm nghía. Mình ấn tượng với cách phục vụ thân thiện và chuyên nghiệp từ nhân viên tại đây. Tuy vậy, đôi lúc mình phải vòng vòng tìm chỗ đậu xe khá lâu. Nhưng nếu có thời gian, thì trải nghiệm ở đây vẫn rất đáng giá!

- VDValerie DouglasMar 31, 20262.0Parking here is a joke. First, the red/green indicator lights for parking spots aren’t working properly. They are randomly red/green. You have to pay to park then wait and wait in a huge double line of cars all trying to exit. This is not managed well. Very frustrating experience.
- CCCorrina CohenMar 20, 20261.0Someone called security because I had to take my nonverbal autistic brother with down syndrome into the women’s bathroom because the family toilets were all taken and he would have otherwise had an accident. They were trying to make him leave the restroom with poop covered hands clearly not caring about his intellectual disability and he can’t be left alone. Then when I tried to go up to the office and file a formal report, it was one of the two men that were standing outside of the bathroom, ready to rush my brother, so they refused to take an incident report because they were also complicit in what happened. Denver Police Incident Report # 26-151901 in case corporate tries to gaslight my post

Where can I park at Cherry Creek Shopping Center?
We have two covered parking garages. The East parking deck is accessible from Steele Street. The West parking deck is accessible from University Blvd. at Cherry Creek Drive South, just south of First Avenue or from First Avenue, just west of Nordstrom.
We also offer valet parking. This service is located off First Avenue near RH.
Does Cherry Creek Shopping Center have a Lost and Found?
Lost and Found items are held in the Security Office, located on the upper level in the corridor between Johnny Was and LensCrafters. Please call the Security Office at 303-270-9531 to inquire about a lost item.
Do you offer wheelchairs or strollers?
We do not currently offer wheelchairs or strollers for rent.

Complimentary Wi-Fi is available throughout most common areas.

Yes. Electric vehicle charging stations are available in the West Parking Deck garage.

Yes. A private family/nursing space is available for guests courtesy of UCHealth. It is located on the upper level in the corridor between Johnny Was and LensCrafters.
