  Love alo clothing but this in store experience is truly lacking. The employees stand at the cashwrap chatting with each other and never offer help. You have to wait for them to be done talking to ask for something. I have gotten my own fitting room the last few times I’ve been in while it has been a weekday afternoon , not crowded the employees are just in their own world. I even saw one of the male employees “where’s my hug at?” another female employee and I thought jeez they must not do any sexual harassment training here, this is an HR nightmare. Got the ick big time. Looked like she did too. No one wants to hug you bruh chill with it.

  WORST customer service. We called the store before close (7:45pm) for a certain item. They said they would hold it for 24 hours. We go out of our way on a drive to Aspen, to pick these up. Show up at 1pm, and they don’t have them. They put them back out that morning and sold them. The girl said they don’t write the times in the holds (which is the absolute worst process or lack of). Wow.
