  After my experience with this murdoch’s I will never step foot into one again, and will make sure my friends and family will not either. I brought my TEN year old and husband into the store today to look at the baby chicks and kill some time before our errands. When we left the store we were berated by the assistant manager Shanne and was accused of stealing ammunition. She followed us to our car, after demanding to look inside my bag. Took pictures of us and my TEN YEAR OLD, called the police and stood Infront of my car so I couldn’t leave. After the cops showed up she decided THEN to look at the camera footage where she had to put her foot in her mouth and APOLOGIZE to us. Not only am I disappointed in this establishment but I am SEVERELY disappointed in the leadership team here, not only did she put herself in danger by following a RANDOM person out to their car and standing in front of a vehicle - but she also put two little girls in danger who work there by forcing them to come out too. She also embarrassed the company by screaming and yelling at us in the parking lot in front of customers, and to yell at a family coming in to look at baby chickens is crazy work. You absolutely lost customers for life.

  Spend your money elsewhere for anything firearms related. Have waited a month to do a transfer and the store manager won't reply to an email.

  I typically love to shop here but after what I experienced yesterday I will never be stepping foot into a murdochs ever again. The live caribou you guys have INSIDE is inhumane and WRONG. These animals come from Alaska, they are used to very cold temperatures. Animals are not your Christmas decorations. Christmas can be magical without torturing animals. She was overheated and absolutely in distress. Every child’s jump startled her and as a mother I do not think it is right to do that to animals just so our kids can believe Santa is real. It’s absolutely disgusting and I cannot support that. I’ll take myself across town to boot barn and tractor supply.
