  We had such a great experience at the Vans Outlet in Castle Rock, and I have to give a huge shoutout to Charley! From the moment we walked in, he was incredibly friendly, helpful, and genuinely made the experience enjoyable. He went above and beyond to help us find exactly what we were looking for, offering great suggestions without ever being pushy. You can tell he really cares about customer service and takes pride in what he does. It’s not often you come across someone who makes shopping this easy and fun! The store itself is always well-stocked and a great place to shop, but it’s employees like Charley who really make the difference. We’ll definitely be back because of the outstanding service we received. B & C Austin

  This is gonna be long. So for Christmas I bought my brother these tiger camo skate classic style shoes. Now my brother he ONLY wears VANS and has a single pair of crocks (this is important). I ship him the shoes (without the box because I shipped a large package and didn’t have the room ya girl had to play Tetris, lucky I scored high, this is important) My genius behind ordered the right shoes the wrong size, for a second year in a row. So my brother goes to his local store I. Florida, that he’s been going to for 25 FREAKING YEARS. And they said they can’t except the exchange because it doesn’t have the box. Yes, you can, I talked with customer service. The guy was being a lazy prick. Anyways, he shipped the shoes back and I went to return them, lo and behold, they’re sold out in store and online. Another store in cherry creek mall busted it and helped me locate these shoes in castle rock at the outlet. And thank goodness they held the shoes. They made the process quick and easy, which after the hoops I had to jump to get them was refreshing. Thanks for your help you guys.

  Matt and the rest of the team (12/7/25) were stellar. Just stopped in to replace my old slip ons and find some sweats after seeing their sale and the team was quick and polite to help me find everything I needed. Definitely will be back in again! Made me feel even better knowing my bag purchase (thanks Colorado) was partly going towards helping sicks kiddos :) yall rock

  I have been to multiple vans stores within the past year and have walked out unsuccessful in finding what I was looking for. Not only was the selection in this store very diverse, but the sales associate Irisa truly went above and beyond to help this visit become a success. When I found the shoe I loved, my size was unavailable. Irisa checked online to see if they could be ordered but unfortunately the color scheme I had wanted was unavailable as well… Irisa not only listened to me, but she went out of her way and thought outside the box to find me another shoe that wasn’t even on display that I ended up loving even more than the one that was unavailable. If I could give Irisa more than 5 stars I would. Truly exceptional sales associate and brand representative for this company A+++++
